This is my second bottle. Easy to take, my energy levels are up. Take on an empty stomach before meals, I use mine first thing in the am before my tea.

This supplement is amazing and gives you that burst of energy you are looking for. The ingredients are pure which I love as well. The only issue I have with it is that the flavor is a little rough! lol. The grapefruit and Citrus just aren't good at all. I will continue to buy this for the good of my body and for the benefits I get from it.
