Over the years ever since I was a small child, I have experienced issues with hair loss on and off. Well, I decided to try these gummies for extra measure. I am not kidding when I say within a week my nails improved noticeably (that was the first sign that these really work). My hair loss pretty much stopped in less than a month, and its all filling in nicely. Three months later you would never know I had a hair thinning issue. My hair looks awesome now. An added, unexpected bonus is that my joints feel better, too. I never had much pain, but now I feel like I can run upstairs as good as I would have when I was a kid. The taste is pretty good, too (I do like grape flavor and I love gummies though). These are a godsend and I will never stop taking these, as there are so many benefits to taking them!

I am in my middle age and start taking anti acids. For whatever reason, I start aging faster (appearance). I believe the anti acid may have prevent my body from absorbing some nutrients. I like gummy so I tried it. What a surprise. It actually does something. The first is your nail grow fast and skin wound healed faster. A month later I noticed my skin is fuller. About a month later I start regain some hair back in my receded hair line. Several months later, I am still regaining lost hairs. No. It does not happened overnight and It dose not turn my grey hair away.

I have been using this product for at least 6 months now and I have definitely noticed a change in my hair! It’s shinier, and it falls out less which is a BIG PLUS for me!! They are a yummy grape flavor too.

This product really delivered for my needs. I have experienced a lot of hair loss which I attribute to the stressful job I have. I started taking this about a month ago and I have so many baby hairs where my hair was receding! I am shocked by the results because they started about 1 week in. I also, have had issues with joint pain and I have noticed this has also alleviated. I am fairly consistent taking these daily, but I have missed 1-2 days a week and still the results are visible! 10/10 recommend!

I think this is a great skin supplement for a variety of reasons. It seems to help my acne-prone skin heal faster since I've been taking it. I'm in my 40s and have had acne all my life, and I notice that lesions take longer to heal than they did when I was in my 20s. Since I've been taking this supplement, it seems as if my skin heals much faster versus when I was taking biotin or no skin supplement at all. Scars or hyper pigmentation doesn't seem to last as long as it did before I used it.
