These help me to be able to digest meat and dairy better and they help me sleep, maybe because my digestive system isn't working as hard. I did notice however, that I have the urge to pee when I lie down. I'll continue to take these though because the positives outweigh the negatives.

My husband swears by this product. There is no after taste, it's effective, and a great value for the money

Smells a little bit like cheese, but other than that it is an excellent supplement for improved digestion and getting rid of leaky gut.

Easy to swallow capsules but they are on the larger side. They do have a "romano cheese" smell but that is normal. They seem to be helping with my digestion issues, so I'm happy about that.

This Product has worked better than any other products relating to digestive issues I have tried!
