This is a great question and the honest answer is that it's going to depend on your age, gender, weight, height, physical characteristics, diet, exercise program & goals. Some customers start feeling results in the first 2 weeks of using the products and others by the end of the first bottle. A small percentage of our customers have told us that they did not start noticing results until they were using their second bottle. Before starting any new supplement we always recommend discussing with either your primary care doctor and/or a functional medicine naturopathic doctor. As a general rule we recommend taking supplements and medications at least 2 hours apart. 
Yes, our products are a combination of Non-GMO, Vegan and Free from Gluten, Dairy, Fillers, Hormones and Artificial Flavors. It will vary slightly for each product, so read the bullet points below the Add to Cart button on the product page for the product you are interested in to confirm. 

All orders will be mailed out within 2 business days of when the order is placed. For domestic orders we offer USPS 1st Class (3-5 days) and USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).


Orders to Canada arrive in 2-8 business days from the time it is shipped, depending on which shipping option is chosen.


International orders to countries other than Canada usually arrive to your country within 1-2 weeks, but can take up to 5 weeks to arrive due to customs delays that are out of our control.

Yes! It’s entirely Risk Free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase just contact within 1 year of your purchase and we will refund you 100% of your purchase price. See our Return & Refund Policy page for additional information. 
Yes, all of our products are manufactured in the USA in an FDA registered facility that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
No, we do not auto-ship or auto-bill without your permission. We will only charge your account one time for the purchase price when you place an order. We do offer a subscribe & save discount, but you would need to manual select this option and set your delivery frequecy as this is not the default purchase option.
The shelf life of our products is generally 2 or 3 years from the date of manufactured. The expiration date is on the bottom of the bottle. 
Yes, we offer free USPS shipping on domestic orders $75 & up.
