This fiber has no taste and is easy to use. Master Supplements has a whole program of enzymes, fiber, and 2 probiotic products which have nearly repaired my GI issues.

I use it everyday for regular movement. It does good job! I mix it with warm. No lump, no mess! Taste OK, easy to drink.

My doctor recommended I use this brand because I have ulcerative colitis, and while it acts like a fiber, it also encourages the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut. That bacteria for folks with intestinal disorders or who have been on antibiotics a long time can get stripped away, and its sometimes hard to get it growing again. I use high-end products for re-supplying the gut with healthy bacteria, and this product more than any other I've used, is the perfect compliment.

I love this product. I bought it a the local health food store to give it a try. I take it alongside their Theralac probiotic and Dr Schulze #1. Even though I have only been taking this for a week, I feel so much better; overall less bloating, staying regular, not having to take so many digestive enzymes. I love that its free of common allergens and psyllium-so many other fibers when I have tried them made me bloat and sick to my stomach; not yet with the TruFiber. I think they have a quality product here. Not sure why others are having issues with the product not dissolving... I mix mine in warm water and it dissolves almost instantly.

We have recently added this to our daughter's supplement regime in treating PANS/PANDAS. We have seen a marked increase in her bowel movements, which is what you want to see. Lol!
