Clean and effective

Melatonin used to give me weird dreams. I was advised by my doc to switch to this brand. I like that it's a chewable and the mint is a really nice flavor. I recommend this to all of my friends

It’s not even comparable to other melatonin and with something like Advil PM I can barely wake up in the morning. This doesn’t leave me groggy at all. I can’t live without this
