After some quick research I chose Nordic Naturals ProOmega-D to get my vitamin D sourced from fish oil. I went based on the reviews of this product, which seemed very positive. So far I am very happy. There is no fishy aftertaste, and I have to say I've been feeling so much more energetic, with fewer aches and pains, since I started taking this supplement. I know I needed extra vitamin D and I've taken basic supplements before, not sourced from fish oil, with similar effects, but not as noticeable as the effects I'm enjoying with Nordic Naturals. Good stuff! I will be buying this again.

I went to my optometrist because I was having dry eye & other issues. She suggested this specific brand of fish oil. I tried to go cheap & order fish oil from Costco - NOT the same. It is really worth the money - after a month I could tell the difference (had more moisture).

This is high powered fish oil which is what I wanted. I’m a senior citizen so pain is my normal! However, as I told my doctor, for the past month I can walk without pain and basically am pain free. We were trying to figure what change I had made because I suddenly was doing everything wrong. I had gained weight and had quit exercising. The only other thing was I had been taking these pills and quit taking my allergy pills. So now I’ve returned to exercise, am losing the weight again, and still no pain. So if these fish oil pills are the cause, I’ll stick with it!

My Chiropractor recommended this product for the arthritis in my thumb (Fish Oil is to reduce the inflammation caused by arthritis.) I actually had my niece who is a Pharmacist look at this for me, and she was very impressed that my Chiropractor recommended this and for the right reason! Plus it has Vitamin D as well. With the Lemon flavor, I do not burp up a fishy taste. I've been taking it for months now and have noticed a difference in the pain in my thumb and this is the best price that I have found on-line (in addition to my Dr's office!) I also got it very quickly and have used this seller twice now, and will continue!

I’m 78 and have arthritis and some joint pain. It probably took a few months for this to start working but I feel like it really helps. They are easy to swallow and there’s no fishy taste. I’ve been using these for a few years now and don’t plan on stopping.
