I absolutely would recommend these to any pregnant or nursing women. I have a terrible memory and after a couple weeks of taking these while I was pregnant I remembered everything so much clearer than I ever have. It didn't have a fishy taste or after taste but was a large pill to swallow. I feel we lack DHA in our normal diets so this was perfect.

I feel as though this has made a difference in my son's learning capabilities. He is 14 months now and we still make sure he gets DHA in his diet and I feel it makes a difference in how quickly he learns new things.

All in all this is a great pill to take for when you are pregnant to help the mother as well as the baby. It puts your mind at rest knowing you are giving them what their little body needs.

I was complaining to my midwife about how fishy my prenatal vitamin was. I was taking a very common prenatal that included DHA. I have been using the Nordic Naturals - Prenatal DHA soft gels throughout my pregnancy. I was looking for a prenatal DHA to go along with my prenatal vitamin that didn't have DHA. I wanted one that didn't taste gross or fishy as I heard warnings from friends about this. I ordered this based on the reviews saying there is no aftertaste. I can reliably say I have had absolutely no issues with an aftertaste or bad taste in general. I suffered very bad morning sickness throughout my entire pregnancy; I would get sick daily, many times a day. I never had any issues with a bad taste. The soft gels are easy to swallow even when nauseous. The gels are not small but I haven't had any issues getting them down. They are oblong shaped and filled with a clear yellow liquid. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. The morning sickness would have been so much worse if I had to constantly taste fish. It is definitely worth the money to not have to deal with that.

Hands down the best. I’ve tried countless of fish oils and prenatal and all of them ( even with flavors like ritual brand) have made me burp up except these! These truly are a breeze to take. Easy to swallow
