I have 4 little ones and they all love the great taste of these vitamins. I started giving them d3 after many months of my 3 year old waking up throughout the night crying about her legs hurting. The pain would come in waves, last 2 or 3 weeks then she would have a week sleeping okay here and there. I read about the pain and after reading the worst possible diagnosis I decided to give d3 a try first before we went the route of xrays. After she started taking the d3 along with her regular daily multivitamin she sleeps ALL NIGHT LONG. No more waking up throughout the night crying in pain. She is my pickiest eater. Certain textures make her gag so it's hard to get her to eat most things besides carbs and cheese. So the increase in vitamins is exactly what her body needed. I'm thankful for vitamin supplements! Especially these made for children that taste great!
