These have a great taste. My husband likes to take at the end of the day as a "treat". I started taking this as I recently was put on statins. I had been on statins in the past and had terrible leg cramps, so I stopped taking them. My new doc really wanted me back on them, so she advised I take Co-Q10 to help combat the cramps. They work!! I have cramps maybe once a week, but they aren't nearly as bad as before, and they go away very quickly--like only lasting a few seconds.
