This product makes a noticeable difference in my ability to think. The taste is fine, not yummy, but hey, it’s cod liver oil, right? Definitely doable. I can tell if I haven’t had it for a week- thinking gets foggy.

I initially imagined a stronger orange taste, it's more of a faint orange taste. That doesn't bother my 7 and 8 year olds, though, they actually fight over who gets it first every day. Since they started taking this cod liver oil, they've been sick less often and if they do get ill, it doesn't last very long. I give a bit to my toddler as well.

I feel like I have less arthritis pain and I’ve been sleeping like a baby every night since I began taking cod liver oil. I have taken unflavored in the past but flavored is the only way to go.
