I started on this product 18 months ago. Living in southern AZ and outdoors every day, it has really helped me handle the heat and keep hydrated .

My wife has so much more energy after her workout when she takes this. She’s less sore and her recovery time is twice as good!

Absolutely love this product. Use it most days, especially when I do any sort of cardio. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my recovery, hydration, muscle, stamina, and overall wellness. They do tend to be a little bit more on the “salty“ side compared to other electrolyte packets, but I Actually prefer this. My favorite flavors are definitely watermelon and raspberry.

I drink a ton of water but someone suggested I should try adding electrolytes to my water because my skin was very dry and I felt more fatigued than usual. Since adding electrolytes to my already very-strick dietary plane, I have so much more energy. No more feeling like I need an afternoon nap. Even my face feels less dry. I've tried citrus and watermelon. Both are good, but I think citrus is my #1. I split one packet up over 3 Stanley-sized ice waters per day. I'm hooked!!

I have been LOVING the watermelon flavor. The salty taste threw me for a loop at first, but now I don’t even think of it. Truly keeps me hydrated and I can tell when I don’t drink them for a day. I begin to get a headache and I’m extra thirsty. This helps me get my hydration so easy! The ingredients being all natural will make me purchase over and over.
