Does exactly what I need it to do. Helps me to fall asleep and is easily taken. Taste pretty good and very convenient to take along.

This will knock you out!! The best melatonin I’ve taken. I’m usually out within 20 minutes- 1 hour

I have only ever used the pill and the gummy melatonin before, neither of those ever seemed to work very well for me, if at all. But this stuff hits me like a ton of bricks after about 10 to 20 minutes, and even if I dream vividly (which I do with or without melatonin), I wake up feeling better than I have in a very long time! I only slept about 8 hours and I woke up feeling refreshed, no grogginess at all! I can’t say enough how much I love this stuff, so happy I have it a chance!

i'm a night shift CNA so getting myself back on a normal sleep schedule is so tough. with this stuff, however, i sleep peacefully all night!! 30 minutes and i'm out like a light. Works well, i will definitely order this again when i need it.

I have tried other liquid melatonin, but this is by far the best! It tastes like a vanilla cupcake and is very effective. When I forget to take it, it takes me forever to fall asleep and I wake up a lot through the night; but with this melatonin 15min before bed I fall asleep within a few mins of hitting the pillow and sleep sound all night. If I do have to wake up during the night because of my kids, I am able to easily fall back asleep with this stuff!!!
