I'm taking this for joint health as I'm approaching 77 and go to the gym several times a week. I think it's great for joint strength and flexibility. I can feel a difference when I don't take it. It has been great for my complexion and nails, not so sure about my hair.... but I highly recommend it.

This is amazing and it is only been three weeks! My nails are so strong I could barely clip them today! After trying this, everything changed! My hair seemed happier, my nails were growing, my skin was more radiant and honestly it helped with my cravings also. After using my bottle up I decided to take a small break to see if it was really working that well or just because I was hoping so much that it would I had hyped it up in my head, because how can something work that well that fast, right?? Well this does! After being off it for 2 weeks I noticed a big declined in my nail growth, my skin looks dull and my hair is very disappointed in me. Lol Obviously I just ordered another container and won't run out again.
