Love this supplement! Makes me feel great! It is an excellent omega-3 source! The quality is top-notch, with high levels of EPA and DHA that are crucial for heart, brain, and overall health. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being since incorporating it into my routine. The soft gels are easy to swallow and don’t leave a fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus.

I have extremely dry eyes, and love to read. I was having a lot of irritation and scratchiness in my eyes, so in addition to using drops for dry eyes, my optometrist suggested these fish oil caps. She uses the same brand and has had no problem with digesting them. I've only been using these for about 6 weeks so far, but have had no problem digesting them, and my eyes do seem to be a little bit better. Still using lots of drops though.

After over several months, I noticed pain in the small bones of my feet are gone, knee pain is gone, and the skin on the heels of my feet which were severely cracked are now smooth and very much improved. I don't even need to put cream or lotion on my feet. I'm in my late 50's, generally in good health, and these probably contribute in keeping my BP low.

I take 6 a day and the effect it has on my mood and ADD has been impressive. I try not to miss a day of a high dose as after a week of not taking my normal foggy brain sets back in.
