I was on 350+ Triglycerides reading for more than 10 years, doctos asked me to take fish oil suuplements or eat more of Omega rich foods. I tried fish capsules from Costco and other brands, they never made a difference and I was thinking its gonna take a while for them to help with my triglycerides to come down, eventually I got bored of results and gave up. I purchased these soft gels on my eye doctor's suggestion. I would wake up with crusty eye lids that were uncomfortable. Since using them, my eyes are not as dry and I wake up with very little problems.
