Good product

This was recommended by my nutritionist. It's a great product. The pills are large but I've found most Omega pills are. At least they are gels so they go down a bit easier

This product is like the oil can for the body as I call it. I stopped taking it for about 60 days as my nutritionist had another product that he thought would be even better. I really didn't pay attention to the aches I was getting that I didn't have before, until one day I realized the only thing I changed was not to use this product.
