This product helps with calcium absorption

I have been using this product for several years. This past year I have been purchasing through Amazon. This product has help with bone loss and to help the calcium absorb better. Will be buying it again and again.

Good supplement

Don’t think this is why my dr. wanted me to take these BUT they make my nails grow fast & strong!! Guess being vitamin D deficient is bad for bones AND fingernails. Been taking for 1 month and immediately noticed my nails were growing, not tearing & not splitting at nailbed. Will take till I die. Lol

Works great without stomach irritation

This is the only one I can take without stomach irritations. I tried the Pure Encapsulations which I am sure is a great brand, but it hurt my stomach. I have no issues at all with this one. Not sure what's the difference in the two.
