I started using the product after looking for something to reduce bloating, blood sugar level and inflammation. I liked that there were no added ingredients. I take the recoomended 2 tablets a day. They are easy to swallow. I felt a difference in a couple of days. I no longer have the swelling in my ankles. I feel lighter. I am eliminating a lot more. I feel like I am functioning better.

This product has been very helpful in keeping my blood sugar levels in check.

I was unsure on this when I bought it. It did take about 30 days for full effect but I have to say for myself. I’m starting to lose weight and have less cravings for junk food. It is for me, an effective tool in helping me eat less sugar and that of course is lowering my glucose level.

I noticed an immediate difference in energy levels, reduced brain fog, reduced appetite and movement on the scale in the right direction! I just take two a day I had a little stomach discomfort at first but that subsided quickly. Highly recommend for perimenopause - nothing was working before I tried this supplement.
