Second time going completely vegan. This is the second time I’ve stopped eating all meat and dairy. Last time I felt tired all the time so went back to eating chicken. I have issues with B12 and wanted something that I didn't have to chew or wait forever to dissolve under the tongue. NOTE: this is high potency so take as recommended by your physician or your B12 will be too high! My lab work improved while taking this. I continue to take a small dose.
