I've only been taking them for 5 days, however, I did have some side effects that were positive. Whoa, did I have energy for days!. That first day, I took the pill after breakfast with my coffee. I couldn't stop moving and cleaning. I thought was so wild that I had energy and wasn't knodding off in the mornings , like I usually did. That was great!
