Rubbing this on my arthritic hands is very helpful

I have only found a few things that help loosen up my hands. As a guitarist this is important. This works better than most anything I have found. It is not magic but it does help.

Quality and great taste!

I chose this brand because of it's reputation and the reviews. I found that the oil had a nice nutty flavor. It performed and tasted as expected. I credit flaxseed oil with helping my hair and nails grow faster and becoming more supple over the years.

Best flax oil--helped with hip pain.

My husband and I both use the Barlean's organic flax oil. He has had dramatic results. Before he started taking it daily (about 8 or 9 months ago) he was so sore after playing racquet-ball that he couldn't do much for several days. He'd had pain in his hips/back for years, and within a week after starting the flax oil, he was able to play racquet-ball without discomfort, and has continued without hip-pain since then, except for a short time when we ran out of oil.
