Finally in the dose that works for me. Taken throughout day (instead of all at once) has improved energy. Wish it was on the Subscription list, I'll be ordering this on a regular basis.

I'm able to function able,complete more tasks, noticeably less fatigued when taking 3 capsules daily. Easy to swallow, no detectable unwanted side effects.

Best brand for high dose Biotin. I've tried many many brands and this one I can tell is far superior than others.
